If anyone has any input I would really appreciate it. I had to apply for SSI today as I cannot make my bills and my ex wont pay for spousal which he is in violation of this court order and three years in arrears. If I hire an attorney, I dont know if the court will find in my favor and anyway I will have to pay the attorney fees. Does anyone have any idea if I would be within my rights to expect that I would have the arrears as well as the current order reinstated ( it was never stopped, HE willfully disobeyed the order). I am also asking for child support which he has never paid.
Claims that the disability that I collect is for everything.
This is for the children, not the spousal support. Any input would be appreciated.
