My Husband and I have been married for three years,
we were very happy, I had been married for 13 years before and I thought this was different, now we don't seem to communicate, and he is referring to everything as "His" "His house, Property, enumerous things, however I had this home for over 5 years-in my maiden name signed for by my deceased mother and built for me (Government housing)
I moved because of a PROVEN abuse by a boyfriend, in with my NOW husband we have 6 offspring between us two of which are emancipated, one which lives with her natural mother, he had my name put on the home he was in and the one we were in when we married, we lost the home due to a huge loss of income for both of us, my oldest daughter no longer got the benefits for her Dad's death,(710.00 a month) and my husband was only making around 150.00 a week ALL of the children but one was with us including a woman who has lived with me to help with my children for around 7 years now. so we had alot of feeding, electric, etc to take care of as well as the mortgage we were evicted, and left.

I still had this home, there was someone who was "renting it" which was a joke, it was never paid for and I in turn had to evict the "renters" there was never a lease or paper agreement, and my home was going into foreclosure,

I was able to save this home, by freedom of information act that due to a life threatining relationship I was in.

I make 140.00 SSI and also 410.00 regular disability each month, herein lies the crux, to keep the house I sent everything including my marriage licsense, and told the USDA who hold the mortgage on my home, my husband's name was never put on the title or the Bills I get every month, I have a little less than a year to pay the UPPED amount (this was agreed upon in order to save the home) of 438.06 PLUS 200.00 a month more including the 12 dollars it takes,
(It was stipulated that I send the payment quick collect by western union to catch-up what the people who lived in my home didn't pay (My fault I know I trusted) I don't make enough to pay this, and since the home was originally built for me and my three daughters, and HIS name is not on the mortgage, and I have no-where else to go, and my credit is, well I have none, My husband kept his things and gave or sold off mine, china cabinet, dinner table washer, dryer, living room furniture, even my bed, stove refridgerator, the kids beds etc, so if he does not have any rights to keep my home, doesn't he have the responsiblity since, while together the death benefits, and the social security benefits I have had have also went to his children and him as well, even though he did get a good job, it is still not
enough for all of us we have been building on, I am the one who paid for the permit to build on, and I just need to know my rights as he seems distant and like I am not here, we live in the same home, but he calls it all his --and we basically quit being close less than a year ago when his daughter moved back in, or I shold say back with us, because we were in his home when she walked out and we moved here before she returned....I am in florida.....what can I do and what can I keep and have for my children, it is getting rough for me, and the stress makes my disability alot worse, I am heartsick over this but I have a grandson now, and my youngest daughter is still only nine, and I was abandoned by the younger two of my natural children's father,
I lost alot I needed for those children, and at present my ex owes me in excess of thirty thousand dollars, which of course I don't get..can a legal professional please give me some advice on what can be done here with my present situation, My children have suffered enough as have I.

Thanks In advance,
