I hope someone can help..I have been married for 1 yr. my husband left me for his cousin (sick)...I am disabled haven't worked since January what are my chances for spousal support..

You will not get any Alimony after one year....you will need to do whatever it was you were doing a year ago to support yourself...have you applied for disability or Social Security if you can't work?

yes i filed for disability back in march my doctor will no longer let me work my feet are to bad
