What is the name of your state? North Carolina

i am currently separated from my husband - 6 months now. court ordered through a one year protection order. we were married for 2 years. lived together 6 years before then. i have 4 children, only one belonging to him. while married i have purchased a home that is shown only in my name, even in the register of deeds office. i have made all the payments on this home for two years. currently the children and i are still there and making the payments myself. i am currently unemployed and only drawing unemployment. as far as child support, there is no papers in place as of yet but soon to be done. i have two questions: would i qualify for some kind of spousal support? and, as far as the home goes, would i more than likely have to sell or would my children and i have a home?

spousal support is unlikely in such a short marriage, so don't count on it. As for the house - it all depends on whether you can make the payments or not.
