I was seperated in Feb.1997 was getting child support for 4 children, now I am divorce, since Sept. 2000. Can I apply for spousal support or is it to late. I did not no that I can get spousal support until my friend told me about it. IF I am divorce can I still get it.He is paying me 320.00 for 3 children and making over 20,0000 or 30,000 a year. He is in the militry. I do not think that is enough to be paying me Thank you Barb

Ok

I dont think it is enuff, but the military is jacked up. If he paid 200 per kid, lived in the off base, he would be broke. YOur talking about the salary to qualify for food stamps. What s he?, staff, tech, senior airman? 3 kids is alot. Just hope he gets rank and can pay more.
