I am a male, age 53, married 32 yrs., spouse does not work, she is the same age. I will be very happy to divide all assets with her, a house, some stock options and 401k and a private pension plan....my question, she wants lifetime alimony...that's fine, but how is the amt. calculated ? because I will be retiring at 62-65 yrs. old I will need to save for later yrs. of alimony. Should this is considered in the amt... Can I force the house to be sold, it is not paid for....As for income...is bonuses that are not guaranteed considered or only salary or a last so many year avg? Also, life ins. policies??? There ane no other bills except auto leases , all in my name, what happens????Will the house be For this reason, isn't it fair Left my spouse
