What is the name of your state? tx but divorce in nj
My husband and his ex wife signed a change of circumstance to the courts, for no alimony (not even $1) and she is getting a small portion of his military pension/plus child support. Can she go back to court and reinstate alimony after signing a waiver for no alimony?
My husband is also being recalled to service, active duty, we received notice of this possiblity, hence the retirement pay will stop, and active duty pay will kick in.
Also during the divorce she failed to disclose very important financial information, my husbands attorneys were not seeing to his best interest, after he asked several times for the information, how do we handle this. I told my husband we need to write to his attorney w/the information, what is your opinion?
