What I want to know is the following, if a husband agrees to support his wife through medical school and she in turns agrees that when she is finished with medical school, she will support him while he does his master's degree and now that she is finished with medical school she refuses to support her husband, what is he to do? Is the promise legally binding?

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

In California, no. In your State, I have no idea because you didn't follow the directions and instructions of this board.

Now you'll need to ask an attorney in your town.
