What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? She is in Oregon.

Your not even on the right subject your not even answering my question when he got the restraning order the judge told him to give my daughter back to me becuase the judge knows he was doing it because of custody so you dont know but great coice of words I will lose my daughter because of that i got my daughter back because of the RO. HE SAID I WAS DRUNK SO I DIDN'T REMEMBER SMAKING HIM THAT IS HOW HE GOT THE RESTRiANING OREDER SO YOU GET IT NOW I DONT HAVE MEMORY LOSS I DIDN'T DO IT BUT HE HAD TO SAY I DID SOMETHING TO HIM TO GET IT!!! I can do without your posts thank you.l

When you throw a tantrum like this on the stand, after an attorney questions you in the exact same manner, you can expect to be treated like a child and not a parent.

Better learn to control your temper, before you end up with an RO for the child and dad while you enjoy every other week visitation.

A judge believed his "story" once, hence the RO.. and if you continue to act out in such a manner the judge will in all probability deem you emotionally unstable to care for a child.

So I am going through a custody battle with my x we have a 2 year old daughter together. He has a restaining order on me and he comes to my home and leaves notes on my door to comntact him every time he has her which is thursday night and friday day. He has told somone to tello me that if I dont break up with my boyfriend and sign over custody of my daughter to him he will give the DA a tape that someone gave him. He stated that this tape will put me in jail I dont recall doing anything that would put me in jail let alone remmember anyone recording me so it I had no knowlege of someone recording me. Whatever you do, do not violate the order of protection that he has against you. In fact you might want to seek the advice of a local attorney to help you handle getting his order of protection dismissed since he keeps coming to your home. Since he comes to your home, he obviously is not in fear of you.

He calls my work everday I know that he is not afraid of me he got the restraning order so I would not be able to get my daughter back! My boss is an x cop so I know that will help me in cort I just want to know if he can do anything about the tape in oregon.

What were the criminal/civil grounds that a Judge found necessary to approve the RO?

So...per the above posting, by you, you do have a history of memory "lapse". So perhaps he DOES have a vid of you doing something that would result in the custodial loss of you child.
