What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi

I'm thinking about starting an online forum where people can share information about their cell phone companies. For example, Sprint has SOCs, which are "feature codes". These feature codes can be found by logging into your Sprint account and knowing precisely where to look.

So my question is a multi-parter.

(1) If this forum's server were in MS, would I be able to allow people to exchange information of this sort?
(2) If this forum's server were in Canada, I would obviously be able to allow people to exchange this information, right?
(3) If Canada doesn't work, what about Netherlands, Sweden, etc.?
(4) Would I be able to allow users to post tutorials that discuss methods of what works and what doesn't work, in terms of getting new feature codes, etc.?? Even if a user posted something as simple as, "Call in to the Retentions Dept. and threaten to quit because of poor service in your home... then they will offer you an Airave for free!"?
(5) And does any of this constitute fraud or something similar I should be worried about?

Thanks so much in advance!

With your poor understanding of the legal system of the United States of America and the individual states, I would recommend that you not pursue this. If you DO pursue this, seek the advice of a business attorney (to start). You'll need more attorneys in the long run.

Thanks, but no thanks!

Anybody else have a clue as to the legality of this issue? What are the limits of allowing posts about a cell phone company on a forum I might run?

If all posts are from other members, and the forum is located in Canada/Netherlands/wherever... what's the worst that could happen?

Is allowing tutorials that typically get a desired result fraud or what? Even if these "methods" are lesser known than Sprint might like, if one customer gets a "bonus"... is there any reason why s/he cannot post his/her experience on my forum? ... or any reason why I might have to delete it?

eeh id stick to something like torrentprivacy.com or the like, and even that's kinda sketchy, bc you have no way of regualting posts. plus you'd have to download a hash everytime you wanted to share a (SOC) code, or other helpful info. Kno anybody in the Netherlands who wants to host your site, or the caribbean? Those are your most unregulated internet farms IMO.
