What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
CALIFORNIA

Everything I do is from home in California. Besides from charging taxes to Californians when someone purchases from my website, what other type of legal things do I need to worry about? Please check out my website here and tell me what I need done, to be 100% legally compliant.

Because you cannot post a link to your website, as it violates the Terms of Service of this site, I suggest you sit down with an attorney in your area for a review of your site to find out what you need to do to be 100% compliant with the law. Good luck.

Edit to add: Are you aware, jasonxman, that you have started 14 different threads since November 15, 2013. Perhaps, because you seem to have a lot of legal issues, it might be smart to sit down with an attorney in your area to address all of them.

I'm beginning to think that Jason is actually Ed's brother.

(You remember Ed, right? :D )
