I have two tickets for driving on a suspended license, in which I fail to go to court on both cases. I went to the DMV for some informations, they told me I need a court abstract before they can give me back my license. This all happened back in '94 & '95. It there a statue of limitation on a failure to appeal???? I've heard there a 7yrs. limitation on a misdemeanor case in CA. If so, do I qualify under the same statue??? Or better yet, get a lawer???
