I`ve been seperated from my husband 2001 but I can not divorce him yet my I-360 is approved in 2002 but according to my search I can change my priorty date by his I-130 even I can have my card today if he is citizen As I have order of protection I can not contact is there a way to learn his legal status?Get info about his petition?
