I could not find anyone that had defined this in the forum so I was wondering if someone could please enlighten me to what exactly "Statute of Limitations" is?? If it differs from state to state (shows you what I know  ) specifically in Colorado, Thank You!

What may be of interest to you, ntagaincolorado, is that there is a statute of limitations on criminal aspects, SOL on filing civil lawsuits, and SOL on being sued in a civil court for money that you owe, etc.

Your question is rather open-ended. Its like asking how wet is water?
