Statutory Rape!!!!!

Hi. I'm 17 and my girlfriend is 15, I'd really like to know can i get convicted of statutory rape even though i'm within 3 years of age?I was born in June and she's born in October. I live in California. I'd also like to know what would happen if i was to get her pregnant? Would i still be held liable for Statutory rape, and if i was to be convicted what would be my punishment? Would i goto jail, juvinall hall, Paroll??? Ohh and i am very worried about her because her mom. She (in most peoples eyes) is not a good mom. Her mom treats her bad and recently threatend to kill her just becuase she picked up the phone when i called. I'm just wonderin in a way can that child abuse and can u tell me some stuff about Child abuse? I really do love this girl and care about her and i want the best for her. So can u guys please give me some adive on what i should do, it would really really help me out cause i can't get this off my mind and i wonder about it everyday. Well thanx a lot and it would mean a lot to me if someone responded to this with some good advice.

Ohh i forgot to ask:" what is the legal consent in California? I heard that it was 16 but i'm not really sure so can u help me with that one, thanx a lot!
