First off excuse spelling mistakes.
I have a 4 year old little girl. And was recently divorced December of 2009,
my ex did not show up because he felt he did not have to pay any of it he
told me that before I started it. We were married April 2007 right after the
DNA came back we were going to make things work after I know being stupid
the whole pregnancy he said she was not his and came up to the hospital
and still said she was not his and did not sign anything. After that I did not
see or speak to him at all for 6moths until CS called him in for DNA I was on
state medicaid is the only reason why I did it because the baby has COPD
and RLS.
So before the DNA came back he started haning around he bought her one
pack of diphers and a baby bottle. Then the DNA came back said she was his
and we were married within a few weeks. Well during this marriage he hung
out with my brothers never wanted family time and slept and got my sister in
law sister prego she lost the baby. All this was in one month of our marriage I
tried to get him to sign anuulement papers and he refused said you are gonna
have to pay for the divorce because I want to make this work.
Well during all his wrong doing he said he could not handle my son I had to
send him somewhere at the time my son was 2 he started mental and
physically abusing him. I sent him to my grandmothers so the abuse would
stop and I could get rid of him. After 2 month of marriage I finally got him
gone. He also has another daughter that he pays support on but dont see
thats 7yrs of age, I tried to get him to see her and he said her mom to much
of a BIT*h to try.
Well I got the divorce after 2yrs of tring because he refused to come and
signed the papers but followed it online of public records. She was 9months
when we seperated and I told hi he could come see her at anytime he
wanted as long as me or my family was around because he had beatin me
and gave her a black eye which i reported but he told the officer that the
baby fell tring to pull up and the officer said well that happens all the time. I
was at work but my son told me that he seen him knock sissy out.
He came and picked her up at 10.5 months and kept her two days I didnt
like it but I was giving him a chance. I came and got her cause he didnt feel
he needed to bring her too me I got there and she was dirty and still in the
outfit i sent her in, he said well I dont have any cllothes for her after he told
me he went and bought her clothes, his mom which has child neglect charges
against her watched her so he could go out with his new girl and she or he
never gave her a bath I still have the outfit and it tool 3 baths to get her
clean of the smell.
I ended up getting with a man that had no children and didnt want kids
that has taking the role of being my children father they call him daddy and
no one told them too. We now have a 7month old and he has adopt my son
already now he wants to adopt my little girl and CS due to my daughter
medical problem contacted the bio dad and told him time to pay support and
I dropped it, but at the hearing I took the step parent adoption papers and
he said i was not going to make him look bad and he is not signing over his
rights he wants to see her after not keeping any contact in 3 years he knew
where we lived and knew the phone number and kept in contact with my
brothers but never emailed me called or anything until he noticed that the
divorce was final. he email and said Hows MY daughter? Thats it no more
emails.
We appeared in corut for the restraing order because since he found out I
was terminating his parental rights and the adoption he has been calling
writing and comming by the house tring to take her from me he dont
understand she dont know him i just cant give her to him and he dont know
how to take care of her. And his whole family has a history of neglect. From
haveing their kids taking away and a aunt who somehow lost two kids to
drowning in a pool around the same age 2 years apart.
He lives around these ppl. He does not want to see her he just dont want
to look less then a man to his friends and family. What is gonna happen the
step father has a clean record except 10yrs ago a DUI and had no kids when
we got together and took on my two and has a high paying job we live in a
house and all the kids have their own room. The Bio dad already pays child
support on a child he hasnt seen in 5 year or so and two more since we
seperated and dont pay support on them and only sees one when the mom
can bring her to him cause he has no care lives in a pop up camper fixin to
get a trailer with his girlfriend and only gets paid 7.59 an hour.
He also at anytime can test positive for drugs and alchol. I have pictures
of the abuse and the outfit my daughter was wearing the day i picked he up
and alot of emails where he told me the only reason why he married me was
so he didnt have to pay support and if he still has to he will take her from me
only to be and as* I have all this proof. But he says most is fake.
I was young and stupid I know this I did grad from high school and 2 years
of college I know it dont look like it the way I spell but I did can someone tell
me how this Adoption my turn out.
FYI He has bad medical problems to he can black out at anytime and hes
not suppost to drive and still does he has blacked out before right after he
got out from bring the kids up to my work he feel out right in the parking lot.
