I live in Florida and my husband's ex wife is signing over parental rights of her daughter to me. I want my new daughter to know her mother but also don't want the hassle of the visitation anymore. Once the adoption is final am I or her father legally binding in anyway to allow the "biological mom" to visitation rights? Can she take me back to court later and say well she said I could see her? So very confused and stressed out!! Will the judge say no to the adoption if he finds out we think she is signing over rights because of the child support? Thanks!

Well, if you don't say anything and she doesn't say anything, it is pretty simple. If she wants to terminate her rights, well, then she is giving up all rights to her child, including visitation.

Why don't you get an attorney if you feel uncomfortable? http://www.attorneypages.com
