I don't really understand your question, but I will suggest that an adoption is not a DIY project. You could easily end up with problems and expenses that would far exceed the cost of having an attorney do it properly in the first place.

You're going to have to be more clear. What do you mean by "my child support"? Support you pay, or support you receive? "To" your son's biological father? You pay support to your son's father? Is the child in the adoption case the same as the child in the support case? Who, exactly, are you to both children?

It's not clear whether these two cases are related, per your question, without explaining the "my" and "to" and "child", etc.
