I live in arkansas and my husband has custady of his kids
but i want to send them to go stay with there mother.do i have that right. also we dont get along me and his kids ,age 9 and 12.

What does your husband want? Your husband is the one that has custody of them. Since you knew your husband had children before you married him, you did realize that he was a "package" deal. Do you really expect your husband to choose between his children and you? His children were there before you were....You joined THEIR family.
