My ex-husband's wife is currently on probation for a felony (theft from an employer). While on probation she has now committed identity theft using my personal information. She has now been arrested. Can I prevent her from seeing my children from my ex-husband? I live in the state of Wisconsin.

This is absolutely horrible! I would petition the courts for a revision in the visitation order, and try and seek an alternative visitation that includes either supervised visitation or something with only the Father. I'm not sure if you will get very far being this gal didn't do anything to the children, but I would definately try. She sounds like a loose cannon.

Good luck!
