I live in nebraska, and my question is I will be getting married in Novemeber of this year and my fiance has two daughters. Now both daughters have expressed to me that they would like for me to adopte them. But we think the father might have a problem with this. Now he hasn't seen the girls in over two years. Can we a forced adoption where he doesn't have a say????

There is a possibility it could be done via abandonment. Please go to some free consultations with an adoption attorney and provide him/her with the details.
