I live in the state of Indiana. I have a stepdaughter who is 12. 2 years ago her mother went to pick her up at daycare and got a dui. She hit an old man in the rear. The following winter she came by to pick my stepdaughter up and she forgot that we were going to a basketball game so she just told us to drop Amanda (not here real name) off after the b-ball game. She left headed down the road took a wrong turn and headed toward the country and passed out and hit a pole~~another dui. Now just this March she was going down a busy street and it was raining she came upon a wreck already in progress. There were police vehicles there...........she ran into the stopped, parked with lights on~ police cars. She was twice over the legal limit. No one got hurt. I got to see this one the news at work.
Amanda's mother or grandmother will not tell us what's going to happen. I guess she went to court and got a continuous. Does anyone have a clue on what she will receive???

One good thing is she is not on the road anymore. By the way..........I believe she receive a public intoxication.
