My fiance wants to adopt my daughter after we get married. Her birth father is not on her birth certificate, do we sill need his consent?

Yes - and I would recommend that you seek the assistance of an attorney. Adoption is not a do-it-yourself project

ETA: You don't necessarily need permission - but your attorney can explain things to you.
