Thanks for responses to prior question re appeal in Small Claims judgement. But the final paragraph of the code quoted is not clear to me. Can the appeal be filed to the Appelate Court, if the S.C. judgement was in Circuit Court, and not "Justice Court"? Many thanks.

My response:

I think it would be easier if, on Monday, you merely call the clerk of the Small Claims court to ask. Then, you'd be sure to get a timely and accurate response.

Sounds like a plan to me !
