Quit my last job over a month ago, but still get direct deposited paychecks. Figured the 1st 2 maybe back wages, but I just got a 3rd. Can I keep it? Am I liable for it? Can they just take it back? Already spent some of it since I thought it was mine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

At some point in time, the employer will realize their error and contact you for repayment of the money. Yes, you will have to pay it back.

I suggest you contact the employer NOW and advise them of the problem before you end up owing them thousands of dollars.
