MY GIRLFRIEND IS IN JAIL ON DRUG CHARGES SHE WAS SENTENCE TO 180 DAY AND THEN MUST DO 120 DAYS REHAB WELL HER RELEASE DATE WAS 3-15-05 FOR THE 180 DAYS BUT SHE IS STILL IN JAIL SHE SAID SHE IS WAITING FOR A REHAB TO COME GET HER WHY CANT SHE WAIT AT HOME FOR A BED TO OPEN UP OR A REHAB TO COME GET HER IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET HER OUT SHE IS GOING NUTS SITTING THERE HER TIME IS DONE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO WAIT UP TO 3 MONTHS FOR A REHAB PLEASE HELP

Since rehab is a part of her sentence, of course they can't let her roam free where drugs are easily available.
You might not see it now, but they are working on saving her life from drugs!!! You should be grateful that they don't let her out, since she has a drug problem. You couldn't keep her away from drugs before she was locked up, what makes you think you'd be able to this time?
