What is the name of your state? TX

As a lot of you know I took my ex back to court in December for a modification of the visitation schedule. Of course it is now July and the papers have yet to be signed by my ex, his attorney and more importantly the judge. I have been in good contact with my attorney until recently. For about the past three weeks I can't seem to get her to call back, only her assistant who never seems to know anything. What, if anything, can be done to get the order into legal standing?

Your attorney needs to press the issue with the judge. This is taking too long. If your attorney is too busy to give your case the attention it deserves, then it might be time to hire a new attorney.
