What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I have a registered online business selling children's clothing, and recently was told that a Chinese website was selling my design. The website is something like EBAY, and I contacted them immediately to have the item removed. They asked me for the original pictures (my daughter is modeling the dress), and proof of my business license. Once I had given them proof that the design was mine, they had the seller remove the item. However, every day since then, my design reappears under another seller's name. Believe it or not, they were stupid enough to post their logo on top of my business name. Each time, I contact the company, and they have the design removed, however this is getting tiring. What can I do? Is there something I can add to my pictures besides (my logo - copyright 2011) that will make these people stop?

Are you watermarking the images? You can download software (I use Multiple Image Resizer) that will do this for you.

Basically, I agree with FlyingRon - you are lucky to have the cooperation you are getting from this site.

That said, all you can really do is watermark your images to protect them. You have to make it not worth the effort to rip off your designs. Sucks, but that's the way it is.

Good luck!
