My son was stopped last night after leaving a bar and taken in for DUI. The officer stated the only reason he stopped him was because he couldn't read the license plate. We have checked the plate in daylight and by headlights and though it is somewhat faded, it is absolutely readable. Therefore, we believe the officer saw Chris leave the bar and fabricated a reason to stop him. Would he have any chance to fight the suspension/revocation under the suspicion that the probable cause reason was fabricated?
