I need to subpeona my ex-husband's information. I live in Utah (where we filed for divorce) and he lives in Nevada. He refuses to provide accurate income statements and his tax returns (like our decree orders). Can I subpeona the information?? I have examples that my attorney has previously prepared, but my ex refuses to respond and I'm tired to being on the short end of the stick when my attorney doesn't follow through. I want to do things myself so they get done. I need the information so I can go back to court and fix all the mistakes that my attorney has made (like not allowing for my health insurance, etc). I plan on filing a petition to modify (have examples of those too). Any help you can offer regarding a subpeona is appreciated.

Drudged up again

Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. More court time is forthcoming in the next month. Oh, joy.
