What is the name of your state? MN

I'm not exactly sure where to put this one, so I'll try under the CS category.

My ex and I have 50/50 joint legal custody.
We have joint physical custody written as 35/65 in her favor, thus she is the custodial parent.

Our kids have recieved partially subsidized school lunches in the past, using my ex's info. She recently remarried, and now their household income puts them over the limit to qualify.

My income is below those limits. My ex has asked if I will fill out the paperwork to qualify them.

Anyone know the legality of this? Thanks in advance.

its fraud. And would be easily traceable as the school lunch program is tied into the school.

Don't do it.

if thier income puts them over the limit it means they can afford to pay for lunch, or pack one.
