What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tn

I owed dr bills on both of my children. I had finally got one paid off and was being sued for the other. I started making payemnts. Well I ended up not being able to make the payments again and it went to court. They garnished our bank account for 320 something dollars. About 5 months later I get a bill from the collection agency saying I owe 88 dollars. I call and talk to them and ask them what this is for since they garnished our checking account. He said its still leftover. I ask what specifically is it left over for. I didnt get any form of answer other than its the rest of the bill and it took a while to get the remainder of how much was owed and it would keep going up every month. I then sent a letter requesting information on what the last 88 dollars was for. I get the statement back of the judgement for court. The judgement says that sworn in the principle amount of 603.76 plus court cost in the amount of 114.50 at the top, which I guess is the amount originally being sued for because I paid some of that before it even went to court.

The actual judgement says . Judgement for plantiff against defendant for 203.76 plus interest at the rate of ____________% and cost of suit for which execution may issue.
The interest isnt filled in its blank just like I typed it. They took 320 out of my bank account. Would they not take the amount due out of the bank in the first place ? What's the point of going to court and getting a garnishment if they are still going to send you bills. I just dont understand and they wont give me a detailed list of payments , how they were applied, and what is currently owed so I can see exackly what this 88 dollars is for.

What can I do to find out what the remainder of this bill is for? Is the usually how it works, you get another bill after garnishment? The judgement says 203.76 so how come I still owe money if more than that was garnished?
