So does anyone know how should I name them on my small claim court? I’m trying to sue Citibank regarding a credit card chargeback, but I don’t know how should I named them: citigroup or Citibank? Please let me know. I would really appreciate it.

Your account agreement should specify exactly which corporation of the Citigroup you would sue.

As a note: This thread was created for Sana from a post s/he added on to an older thread. The older thread essentially gave her the answer to his/her question. Apparently s/he did not read that thread before posting. :)
