California: Can I recover my expenses,Bail, loss of income, and damage.from my previous employer because of the following: My previous employer had me arrested at a state labor board hearing, on two feloney charges. Since then I have won the labor board hearing and had the two criminal charges dissmissed. Can I sue my previous employer on a consignment basis with an attorney.

My response:

Sure. There's bound to be an attorney out there who'll take your case on a "Contingency" basis.

Scout around, make some calls. You're bound to find someone who'll do it.
