We ran a corporation for 2 years, we had a few problems and ended up declaring bankruptcy. Now I am being sued individually by one of my former clients. To be honest, we did nothing negligent. I made no personal guarantees for anything related to the business. So my question is, can the court decide to attack my wages or does my corporate bankruptcy cover me?

Unless the plaintiff can show that you are somehow personally liable (malfeasance, negligence, false corporation - alter ego, etc.) the court should not find personal liability for corporate debt/claims.
