To make it short.My attorney did not respond to or follow request/Instuctions that she lead me to believe were completed. Case went to pretrial to set hearing to find out Arbitraitor had not made his final ruling. I'm going to replace my counsel. But have been given the opportunity to answer the request of the Arbitraitor. Depositions have been done and written replies from plaintiff were filed With the courts. The bottom line is I have great evidence to file a summary judgement,and the plaintiff admits to the action she did.QUESTION: Can I do this at this time? My position will not change if it is not granted.
