I am remarried to an Actvie Duty Army man, and he got orders to move to Germany we all get to go for we will be there for 3 year, my ex and myself said that summer visitation was good, but he wants me to pay him for the summer, I do have sole custody, and wanted to know do I have to pay him for 9 weeks for the summer?? He does pay child support every month it is court order, but I am so worried about the summer. It is going to cost us both for the air ticket, I do not mind paying half for that, but to pay him for visitation does not make any scene to me. I do save the summer child support for the up coming school year. I am not one to spend the child support on me, I take great care of my son. For I do have another son with my husband.
