What is the name of your state? Mn
ok. to make a long story short .. On February 13 the my husband brought his ex to court for supervised visitation. On that day he went, the judge ordered supervised visitation on an interim basis, pending a parenting time eval. The ex DID NOT show up to that court date. The report is due June 1 and there is a hearing to review on June 20. About 3 days later the parenting time evaluator called to state he was going to try to get the ex to cooperate before my husband did his end of the eval. Well.My husband heard from the evaluator on Monday. He stated that he had sent out letters and the ex had not showed to 2 scheduled appts. he then staed he was going to send her one more(procedure) and then he would write a letter to the judge indicating that she did not cooperate. She is also not scheduled to see their son at the safety center(for her supervised visitation) as well. We have had no contact at all from her. What is the next step my husband should take? Once he gets the letter from the evaluator can he ask for a sooner court date? Will the judge take the ex's visitation away completely? How does it work? At the court for the supervised visitaion, the judge stated he is seeing patterns that the ex is showing that he does not like. Any input is greatly appreciated.
