What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I just got word from my attorney and although he tries to answer everything he is sometimes extremely busy.:p To boot it all sometimes I just forget to ask.

So here is my new question,

The attorneys apparently had a pretrial conference and it was well understood that visits at first would be supervised so,
With supervised visits I can elect to not be a part of it except for dropping kiddo off and picking up right? I wouldn't think due to everyone's answers that I would be required to be the supervisor due to the circumstances.

Why are visits to be supervised?

It was understood that vistis at first would be supervised**************
By whom?

Did anyone say, Mom to supervise? A grandparent? A therapist? A Kids connection center?

Those 3rd party centers can get pricey...who's going to pay the costs?

I did not post all the details about dad's past in my previous posts. But those things are the reason including kiddo is a baby and dad has never seen him. His attorney is "in full understanding" is how my attorney put it. I was not there so I am going by what was said to me.

No one said that is why I am asking what the "normal" is.

I know and I don't have the extra cash to pay for them. Can we request a 3rd party? does it usually happen at the CP's home?

I am asking so I know what to expect or what rules to set down. I do not want this to become a battle of wills between dad and I or a discussion session of what so and so thinks is fair or right.

It's baby's time, not ours
