My wife myself and an attorney, were appointed Co-Guardians
in a malpractice suit that took place in New york city five years ago.
When ever the IP needs funds the lawyer states that he has to ask the judge before he can release any funds, this can go on for months before we get an answer. Also when we were in a meeting in NYC recently, with the attorney who is also a trustee,he aked us to sign some blank checks"is that legal?
