What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?MI
Is getting your GED legally the same as getting your high school diploma and graduating? Ex seems to think so and is filing for support til 19 and 1/2. At last court appearance, 18 year old had dropped out of high school and quit the last GED program - the judge's advise to the ex was get her enrolled and file a motion.:(
