husband left me and two children in california and moved to his new air force assignment in idaho he sent me 300.00 for two months i was forced to move to make the ends meet it is now feb. and i can't get answers regarding his obligation to support at least the children ive heard of an involuntary allotment but advise costs money that i just dont have he has been in for 19 years and is do to retire in nov. with an honorable discharge,what a laugh shouldnt he be assisting in the support of his dependants..any help would be appreciated beyond belief....

If he is receiving BAQ, then the only reason he receives that money is because of you dependents. Call him up, point that out, if he doesn't immediatly get you at least that money, report the details to his superior and then his first shirt.

In addition, contact the child support enforcement in california NOW. Get cracking on that! Get yourself an attorney and file for divorce including alimony and child support.
