What is the name of your state (only U.S. law) IL

What do you think the chances of the Chicago gun ban being over turned by the Supremes? This could be a decision that could provide cities & states with more power or strip law abiding citizens of their firearms.. Not asking for a debate on whether you want guns banned or not. Just your opinion of the possible outcome.

From what I have read, and based upon the way the D.C. ban went in the USSC, I suspect that the Chicago ban may well be unconstitutional.

Though, I have not read any of the LEGAL arguments, I only know of the issue from what little I have read in the news and magazines, and heard on TV and the radio.
