What is the name of your state?mass.Hello.My question is..My mother and father were married for 20 years befor getting divorced.She never remarried but was in a long relationship after and had 3 more children ..My father has passed away,he received ss and va bebefits he was disabled.I was wondering since she never remarried is she entilted to receive any survivor benefits??Thank You......

Yes. She has to meet basic requirements and provide proof of marriage, divorce, age, etc, but the short answer to your question is yes she can get survivor benefits.
