I went to court today for driving while my license was suspended. I am in Tennessee. The judge asked me if I wanted to talk with the D.A. or would I like a lawyer? I was then told I will go to court in two weeks ...After I said I would talk to the D.A. I have never had a license in Tennessee but was suspended in Florida until I met some conditions..which I did! I was stopped a year ago and cited for not having "any" license. I went to court and idiot me .. forgot to pay the 98 dollar fine! On this new charge..How can I have a suspended license when I never had one? I just never transfered from Fla. to Tenn. Also..Must I expect that I will go to jail when I go to court in two weeks? ANY..information will help me to sleep easier until then! Thank You
