Our company is DBE participant in MO. I need some help with an out of state contractor contract for a T & M job we have bid on. Please keep in mind, our company is the ONLY one participating in this project. A verbal agreement was met, but not sure it states that in this contract agreement. Need help understanding the contract and to make sure our needs are met. Thank you for your help.
