my brother is divorced. both he and his ex-wife have 2 children, ages 15 and 13. Both parents have given permission for me (the children's uncle) and my parents (the children's grandparents) to take the children to Italy and France for holiday in August.

What legal forms or affidavits are needed from both parents in case the italian or french customs believe the children are being wrongfully removed from the United States.

both children have individual US Passports, as well as myself and my parents.

Thank you
