HELLO:
I AN CONSIDERING PURCHASING A COUPLE OF UNIMPROVED LOTS IN AN UNDEVELOPED SUBDIVISION IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA AT A TAX AUCTION. I WOULD RECEIVE A TAX DEED. HOWEVER, I MY GOAL IS TO HOLD THEM SHORT TERM AND RESELL THE LOTS. I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER A WARRANTY DEED OR AT LEAST A QUIT CLAIM DEED. HOW EXPENSIVE IS IT TO PERFECT THE TITLE FROM A TAX DEED TO A WARRANTY DEED THROUGH MOTION FOR QUITE ACTION. OR... THE CHEAPEST TITLE POLICY QUOTE I RECEIVED IS $260. WOULD IT BE CHEAPER TO JUST OFFER A TITLE POLICY? I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN OTHERS THOUGHTS OR TITLE EXPERIENCES WITH RESELLING TAX DEEDED PROPERTY. THANKS
