What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nebraska

I transfered jobs a few months ago and have been trying to sell my house that i have owned for over three years. All of a sudden i am getting letters stating i am in breach of contract due to a tax exempt financing rider and if i do not pay the debt in full in 30 days they will forclose on the property even though i am still paying the monthly payment. Is this type of forclosure the same as if i havnt been making payments at all?

It's not the "same" as the facts and issue are different. But, you breached the contract on your loan. So, for what I think you mean, yes.
