I live in Alaska. When my daughter turns 18 I no longer want her in my home and I do not want to support her. Is there a legal basis to make her leave my home?
It depends on your state laws. You are most likely legally responsible for her until she turns 21 so although you may ask her to leave, you may have to still provide food/clothing/shelter. But again, depends on your State laws.
